Cut off time for all orders for same day processing is 4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
All Orders will be shipped within 24hrs after your order is placed completely.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
EMDCell offers $1 shipping fee on each additional item purdchase from blujay. Buyer pay $2.28 for the 1st item.
Ship with USPS (most orders): Usually we will do provide the Delivery Confirmation for most orders shipping by US Post office, if you don't receive your order after 10 business days, you can notice us by email at email@example.com , and our customer service team will assist you further.
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization Number.
- Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling are NON refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
- Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date
Return authorizations must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
All returns must be accompanied by an EMDCell.com RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Be sure to include the following information:
- Order Number
- Date of original purchase
- Reason for request for RMA
- Your e-mail address
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.
You may return new merchandise for any reason. The merchandise must be complete and include all original documentation and packaging.
When returning items offered with "free shipping", the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Merchandise can be exchanged for the same item or something else as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period. If you are exchanging for item(s) of lesser value, a refund in the amount of the difference will be issued. If you are exchanging for item(s) of greater value, we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment.
Refused Delivery / Unwanted items
Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, credit will be issued less 15% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
Incorrect or Defective Items
A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. Please note, Data Cables and any tools are not refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if the item is defective.
We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you are unable to install any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you.
