No exchanges or refunds on items shipped by a FREIGHT carrier unless the item is defective or damaged upon receiving the product. Once item is received you will have 7 days to inspect & test the product in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. After the 7 day period, inquiries must be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Products shipped w/ standard delivery service we allow returns or exchanges w/ in 7 days of receiving the product. S & H fees are non refundable.
