| Nice country French blue and white transferware style cereal bowl and underplate, a vintage set made in Japan. Design is called Mayfair, and has an old fashioned farm and silo nestled along the banks of a stream, encircled with a geometric band and swags of flowers.Plate is 6 inches in diameter and has a cup indentation, but fits nicely under the matching bowl. Great for cereal and toast in the morning or soup and crackers at lunch.In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing, or any damage to the design. This set looks new and unused.
