Antique Lithographed Victorian Advertising, Stock Trade Card. Artist's palette with a house, against background of roses, with a hand holding the palette. Golden border. No printing on reverse. Measures 3 7/8 by 2-1/4 inches. Lightly yellowed on the back.
This item is an original card from a late-nineteenth century scrapbook. The image, printed by color lithography, is a chromolithograph, or "chromo."
