I ship only to the Continental U.S., if wanting an item shipped outside of the Continental U.S. please contact me for extra shipping cost. UPS is my main carrier and they ship to a physical address no P.O. boxes or APO addresses. For non-defective items there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees are at buyers expense. You must contact me to receive a RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number to return an item. If an item is returned without contact or an RMA# you will receive a refund minus the shipping and minus the 20% restocking fee. There are no returns accepted for make-up or fragrances.
