You probably go to Outback Steakhouse because you love the food. I know that I do and I've wondered time and again what makes their food so special. The blooming onions, Walkabout Soup, hey even the steaks are great. If I could make it a habit, I think that I would.
One day while in the middle of a New York Strip, I got to wondering about the seasoning they used on the steak. It was so good. I loaded up the charm and attempted to smile my way into the recipe. Problem was my waiter just could not give me a straight answer and I got very frustrated. I finally nailed him down for a real answer and was told that all he knew was it came in a bag. Not much help there so when I got home I found myself on the net surfing away looking for that recipe along with a bunch of others.
