All Good Things: Recipes of Benihana

You probably go to Benihana's because you love the excitement.

I know that I do and I've wondered time and again how they can do the shows they do over a hot stove. I'm not here to be able to tell you how to do all that they do but I can give you the basic recipes on the stuff they make. I know that if I could make it a habit, I think that I would.

One day while in the middle of a plate of Yakisoba, I got to wondering about the seasoning they used on the Yakisoba. It was so good. I loaded up the charm and attempted to smile my way into the recipe. Problem was my waiter just could not give me a straight answer and I got very frustrated. I finally nailed him down for a real answer and was told that all he knew was it came in a bag. Not much help there so when I got home I found myself on the net surfing away and found that recipe along with a bunch of others.
