I have 2 different Brand New Doggie Polka Dotted Dresses available - the white one Velcroes at the neck and under the belly, A pretty Ruffly bottom with a black & white polka dotted bow! and the black one is a pull-over style with a pretty satiny white bow and ruffly polka dotted bottom - Both are a size small which says it's for 10" - 13" in length and 7-12 lbs.
