AR Pacer Pace Counter Instructions. First you attach the AR Pacer Pace Counter by running the open end through your button hole and pulling the beaded end through the open loop. Pull up both sets of beads up as far as you can. Now you find your 100 meter pace count, walk 100 meters three times to get an average pace count. When you know that number, it is usually 60-70 paces with the left foot striking the ground, you start off on your right foot, when your left foot strikes the ground 66 times (approx. 100 meters), pull down a bead from the group of nine. At 1000 meters, pull a bead down from the group of five and start over with the group of nine at the top. At 6000 meters, return all the beads to the starting point. After some time and patience, you will be confident that you will maintain a correct pace count... anytime, anywhere.Buy it now at a great A&R Computing price!
