'32 Flush Deck SLOOP, Beautiful Sailboat. This sailboat is located in San Francisco Bay California
Built at the Woodnutts Boatyard on the Isle of Wight in Great Britain in 1960. Constructed of Honduran red mahogany on steam-bent oak frames, this sloop is very sea-kindly. She sails fast and is a lover of stiff air, full keel shoal draft tight hull. She is very sea-kindly in handling, yet, efficient for her simplicity. Yanmar diesel aux.
This sailboat has saved my soul on more than one occasion and rewarded me with the adventures only a good vessel can provide. Her wood skin is warm in the chill air and cool in the heat of summer. Being flush deck in design makes a great deal of space below and yet the lines exterior are sleek.
I regret having to sell her, but,
I have had my time with her and must move on.
