This offer is for a truly American Folk Art display shelf made from hand cut Cedar, wooden thread spools, enamel paint and rope. Aside from 3 small screws holding the back-splash, assembly is held together entirely by 2 strands of rope.
Measuring 14 5/8 inches tall, the gradually shrinking shelves are:
Top shelf: 13 inches long by 3 1/4 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick;
Second shelf: 14 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide x 1/4 inch thick;
Third shelf: 15 inches long by 4 3/8 inches wide x 1/4 inch thick;
Bottom shelf: 16 inches long by 5 inches wide x 1/4 inch thick.
The backsplash has 4 small holes drilled in it, apparently for hanging or securing it to a wall. The bottom plank was split all the way through but was repaired at the time the shelf was made. The wood may have an undercoat, but the paint is 100% original - with minimal loss, no touch-ups and only a few nicks and/or chips. The 3 small screws and rope strands that hold everything together are as tight as the day this piece was made.
BUYER PAYS FLAT SHIPPING which will include delivery confirmation. SHIPPING APPLIES TO CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY ALASKA, HAWAII - PLEASE INQUIRE. THANKS
