Up for your consideration is a 6" saucer produced by Taylor, Smith, Taylor in May of 1942. The pattern is called Daphne. The pattern number is 1802. It has a ring of gold leaves that runs around the rim on a cream band. It will come to you in good condition with a small chip on the underneath side of the saucer which can not be seen. The Taylor, Smith & Taylor Pottery Company was founded in 1899 and closed in 1981. This would even make a nice display in your kitchen or dinning room on the wall with other plates. Some people even make necklaces and earrings out of these old vintage plates.
