Now this is a beautiful tattoo for the weekend!
5 inches
Great for the lower back, ankle or bikini area.
Temporary Tattoos are perfectly made fakes that are produced with safe FDA certified pigments and cosmetic ingredients. We have never had a problem with them even on toddlers. They look like real tattoos, and last three to five days on adults and older children, longer on young children. They will stay on through swimming or showers and are removed with alcohol or oil.
How To Apply Your Removable Tattoos
Clean the area with rubbing alcohol and let it air dry completely. Remove the protective cover from the tattoo. Place the tattoo face down on the skin. Soak a clean paper towel or sponge with water and apply it to the paper backing of the tattoo. After about 35 seconds remove the paper towel and look at the backing. If there are any white spots or the the backing does not come off easily, dab on more water then move the tattoo sideways a little. Remove the paper backing slowly, and pat over the tattoo with your wet paper towel. Let the tattoo dry for a few minutes. You may want to use a little soapy water after the tattoo dries to take the shine off. For 12" armbands, you must remain perfectly still, and it is better to have help. It's easier having two hands holding the towel properly around the arm. The 9" arm/ankle bands should be slid downward before removing the paper backing rather than just lifting them off.
For belly buttons: stick a pencil through the center of the tattoo, then turn the pencil around and use it eraser first to center in your navel, or punch a hole in the center of the ring so you can see the center of the belly button. Tattoos do not last long on the backs of hands or on the feet, hands and feet take too much abuse. The tattoos can now be worn swimming or in showers under normal conditions, please don't scrub them. They are easily removed with baby oil or alcohol, sooo... DO NOT USE SUNTAN OIL!! A water-based sun screen is O.K. (Removal Tip: Soak a persistant tattoo for a few minutes with oil or alcohol... it's better than scrubbing your skin off.) You wear and change temporary tattoos just like jewelry. Everyone will notice...but no one will know you can take them right off. Celebrities and Models change temporary tattoos to compliment their outfit or mood. Before you get a permanent tattoo, remember... Real Tattoos fade and become dull over the years. Real Tattoos, removed by laser surgery, often leave an ugly scar. And tattoos, like any other fashion statement, will go out of style someday.
