This 100 standard-size set was issued in 3 different versions. The basic Class 1 set is a gold set featuring fielding poses in the background. The SRP of these packs were $3 each and the packs contained three cards wiith 24 packs in a box and 8 boxes in a case. The HTA packs contained five cards and the SRP packs on those packs were $5, keeping both packs at $1 per card.

The Home Run Race Insert set:
Inserted specially into the Gold Label HTA packs at a rate on one in 12, these cards feature Roger Maris and the three players who chased his legend during the summer of 1998. A large photo of Roger Maris is also looking over each player's shoulders. These cards were also issued in three different colors.
