Non-Damaged Items - If you are not happy with your purchase from me, you must return the item within 7 days of receipt. I will issue a full
credit to your PayPal account within 7 days of receipt of item returned. I do not charge a re-stocking fee. Indicate on the enclosed invoice copy the reason
for returned item. This will help my business in the future. Box the item securely. The original copy of the invoice is required. Enclose the invoice copy plus all original
packaging and accessories. INSURE THE ITEM, if it was insured from me. Delivery Confirmation suggested. Address your package to my business
address {printed on the invoice, or indicated on PayPal notice}. NO REFUND will be made if these instructions are not followed.
Damaged Items - If the article is damaged - or if some or all of the contents are missing - take the article, box, wrapper, and all packing
materials to your local Post Office immediately with the required documentation. You will
be refunded for the cost of the item from USPS. If your Item is Insured, you will want to file a
claim with the USPS for the value of the damaged item. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE MAIL ! Contact me for any documentation that may be needed; or any other concerns that may arise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to perform proper due diligence before acting upon any of the information provided. I generally mail/ship items on Mondays (Tuesdays, if preceeded by a holiday), and Thursdays. No local pick-ups.
