I have been selling stencils on another web site for 4 years and have many repeat customers. I started stenciling in 1984. Stenciling is fun because the design is already cut out for you, so you don’t have to be an artist to stencil.
The secret to stenciling is to use very little paint, almost a dry brush. If you have a sloppy brush, it can bleed under the design. You can practice on paper until you feel comfortable with it. Many different items can be stenciled. Giving someone something handcrafted, truly shows it came from the heart.
