Elegant vintage porcelain snack plate hand painted in a gold pattern very popular during the 1950s, and still maintains its appeal today. Raised "golden wheat" design on clean white scallop shell shape, with an indentation for a cup, this appears to have never been used except for display. Bottom is marked Lefton China Hand Painted Reg US Pat Offc 2769N. Dimensions: 9 inches in diameter. Condition: In excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Gold is 90-99% intact, depending on the plate. The wear, when it exists, is in the form of small skips in the stems of the wheat (see photo).Availability: 7 plates in very good to near mint condition. Price is per plate.
