Combined Shipping Rules

Because we have (3) different warehouses, we can only combine shipping on those items that are purchased from the same warehouse, as they do not carry the same inventory. Example: If you buy (3) items and (2) items are from the same warehouse, we can combine shipping on those (2) items, but you will need to pay full shipping on the 3rd item. In order to receive the discount, you must finish check out but, instead of paying for your items immediately, choose the option to request an invoice be emailed to you. We will then give you the correct shipping and you can pay for your items.

International Shipping Rules

All International orders (outside of the Continental United States 48 internal) will take longer in processing and shipping. Our warehouses do not ship internationally (unless the ad states otherwise), so the items have to be shipped to our location first and then we ship them out to the buyer as soon as we receive them. We cannot ship items Internationally without a CONFIRMED PAYPAL address and the billing address must match the ship to address or the order will be refused. We want to protect our customers as well as ourselves. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Processing and Shipping Times

Items are shipped out within 3 to 5 business day after payment has cleared, although most of the time they are shipped out much sooner than that. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us at handtwilson@charter.net and we will check on the status of your order. We take pride in our business and don’t want any of our customers to not be satisfied. If there is a longer lead time, we will state that in the ad for you!

All items are in stock at the time of listing. If, by chance, the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and you can choose to either have your money refunded in full or have the item backordered and will ship it out to you as soon as it arrives in stock. If an item is discontinued, we will contact you to give you the option of having us attempt to find a comparable product with a comparable product.

Return Policies

If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please contact us first to obtain an RMA #. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. All items must be returned in their original packaging and no writing can be made on the outside of the package as our warehouse will not accept the return in this condition. Cell phones are not returnable to us, they must be returned to the manufacturer if they are DOA (dead on arrival) only. All “used” items are sold “As Is” and are NOT returnable. There is a 30% restocking fee for all undamaged/unwanted merchandise.
