Payment Options –
§ 48 Hours: Please remit payment within 48 hours of close or notify us if payment is being mailed.

§ US Postal Service Money orders and Personal Checks from US Residents are accepted with the following understanding:
o Item will not be shipped until the money order arrives or the check has cleared
§ Unpaid Claims: If payment can not be made within 48 hours days, an email informing us will do.

o This way you will know ahead of time what the shipping & handling will be before you bid.
§ Outside of USA: We welcome International Buyers & APO/FPO with this understanding
o Shipping via USPS Priority International could take up to 2 or more weeks for delivery in some cases.
o Please be aware of this when bidding and always email us if you have a question about your shipment so we may track it for you.
o International Winners, please provide your phone number (country code included) with payment.
§ Discounts: Shipping discounts are given when multiple items are purchased from our Store.
§ Insurance: If your item is of the “Collectible” kind, we recommend Insurance for USPS. The cost you pay now will save in the future.
Return Policy –
§ Undamaged: In the event you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us undamaged (CD’s excluded) for a full refund (original shipping & handling included).
§ Damaged: However, if the item is damaged and you did not purchase insurance, we will not accept returns.
§ Notification: You have up to 7 days after shipping to notify us of the return of the item. We will acknowledge your desire to return and advise you of the shipping method for returns. We will not refund the return shipping cost.
§ Refunds: Once the item is back in our store we will issue a refund via Paypal or check sent to your address.
