All of our items categorized as bronze are actually unique pieces crafted using an originally British technique where bronze powder is combined with cold cast resin. This mixture produces easy-to-handle figurines with the delicate and beautiful look of actual antique museum pieces. All of our items in full color finish, or that have color accent finishes are hand-painted.
Returns/Exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No consignment or guaranteed sales.
In the event of our error, we will allow returns under certain conditions.
All claims/returns for errors on our part must be approved and must be made no later than 10 days after receipt of order.
Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition with the packing slip.
In the event of any merchandise returns for reasons other than our error, there will be a 20% restocking fee on the items returned.
Damaged Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material.
You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days of receipt of merchandise.
