What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards payments through Paypal. You don't have to be a member to use this form of payment. I am also accepting Google Checkout. Items paid with a money order will be placed on hold for 10 days.
How often do you ship?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours after receiving payment...sometimes sooner.
How much will it cost to ship my pattern or book?
Shipping for the first pattern is $2.50 and each additional pattern is only $.75. This applies to U.S. and Canadian orders only.
International shipping will be $3.55 for the first pattern and $.85 for each additional one.
Books & other items have their own shipping but will be combined to save you money.
Please make only one payment for combine shipping.
How will my items be shipped?
Patterns are shipped in a polybag & either a kraft or bubble envelope.
Books are shipped in a kraft envelope with a cardboard insert, stiff envelope or for thicker books in a cardboard book box.
Condition of merchandise
All patterns are in uncut & factory fold condition. Some patterns will look new while others have light to heavy wear...tears, store stamps, fraying,side curls, writing and old prices.
Books are new, remainders and gently used.
All items are stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
Do you issue refunds?
Only if item is not as described or the wrong order is sent. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so that I can issue you a refund.
