Dolly Dingle series Sunshine Quickly by Bette Ball for Goebel Dressed in green with purple and white print short dress with matching 2 ribbons holding her pigtails dress trimmed lavisly with eyelet and white ribbons, she has full slip, panty and white stockings originally had brown suede sandels, but hers were missing and I bought her lovely new beige shoes with buckle straps. She is Dolly's cousin from TEXAS in the 20th Family reunion series. Musical, The song is "El Condor Pasa" from Simon & Garfunkles' hit ("If I could" in English). 14" tall. She has long black hair in long loose curls and pigtail either side of her face and brown googly glass eyes. The original necklace for this doll was a silver cross and chain this was missing so I put a silver chain with a genuine silver and jade turtle pendant on her see photo. Goes nicely with the color of her dress. I think this is the only Hispanic doll Goebel ever made. (Besides her tan skin colored porcelain her cloth body is brown). Edition 263/500 stock number 911685 issued in 1996. She does not have a box, stand or COA but she does have her hand tag. Now this young lady fell and broke her left leg prior to moving here and I have painstakingly repaired and repainted her left leg, on inspection especially the foot the repair area can be seen, but this is covered by her socks and shoes. See close up photo of legs. I also show her seated as these dolls display very well seated. Porcelain head, hands and feet and cloth stuffed body. Excellent condition, no chips, has repairs, no odors. Has been displayed, from non-smoking home. Not Suitable for children.
