This is a vintage Vaseline Crackle Glass footed plate. Glows under a black light.
Measures: 8 1/2 inches in diameter and is 1 1/4 inches high.
No chips, cracks, or repairs. There some small mold flaws on the plate which give it a rough feeling on edges.
