Fenton for QVC Violet Bowl Violet Stretch Melon Oval This was shown on TV 08/2005
This oval bowl is great for holding Fruit on your favorite table, or put a glass frog in the bottom and use it to hold your cut flowers. It has a 4-corner pulled-up crimped edge using Fenton's long time standing "melon" style mould. Also used here is Fenton special "Stretch" technique whereby Fenton strays the hot glass while still hot with a formula causing the edges to be rough--almost a "crackle" type technique. My sample is about 12 inches long and about 9-1/2 inches deep. The height is just over 4 inches. There are no chips, cracks or repairs and will ship in its' original selling box. I only have a limited amount of these to sell and I can no longer get any more |
