For sale is this 5 piece place setting of kittens in a basket dinnerware. by Tienshan Stoneware, entitled "Purrfect Friends". Set includes 1 dinner plate, 1 salad/bread plate, 1 cup, 1 saucer, 1 cereal/soup bowl. I have 8 place settings and will combine multiple sets for shipping. The 16 ounce matching glasses ARE NOT INCLUDED in this auction (they have already been sold). All are used but very clean and no chips or cracks. An excellent addition to your collection!
Payment is expected to be received within 7 days of auction close. PayPal and money orders are preferred modes of payment. Checks will require 1 week clearance time. If there is a problem or delay in payment, please let me know right away - I understand how it is, but would appreciate knowing the status of your payment. International bidders MUST pay with PayPal - no money orders or checks accepted internationally (my bank won't take them!)
Returns: Most all of my items are consignment items, and are generally older, vintage, or antique, or at least previously loved; and since they are not new, will probably have some imperfections. I will state any flaws that I can see on them or know about them. Refunds will only be given on items grossly mis-stated in the description. I will pack your items to the best of my ability, however, I am NOT responsible for any damage or lost of items in transit. Insurance on shipping, although Optional, is highly recommended.
Shipping: I will be happy to combine your winning bids into one box as much as is possible to do. In such cases, please wait for my invoice for ACTUAL shipping cost of combined items. I normally use USPS for delivery. I package your item really well, but I do encourage the purchase of shipping insurance on fragile items. While I offer the cheapest possible shipping options, Priority Mail is the quickest form. UPS and Parcel Post can take 1 week or more. I do charge a handling fee of $1 per box for packing materials (bubble wrap and peanuts are very expensive) and to help on the cost of gas to drive to the post office. If you specifically want me to use UPS or Fed-X, please let me know, as it can be arranged. I usually get your package out the day after payment is received (except Holidays and weekends) if made by PayPal or money order.
Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping and handling cost of each box.
