Played with, and some of the clothing does have some tears and wear, which seems to happen easily with these toys (when they're very used, they tend to crack with age - a few pieces are like that but most are nice). Once Cinderella has some hair rubs. So you're not buying perfect toys, but you're buying a lot of them!
