This FoxConn 6497MB-RS mATX motherboard is based on the SiS649 chipset and supports socket 775 Intel Pentium 4 processors with 533/800 MHz Front Side Bus. Two DIMM sockets support up to 2 GB of DDR memory.
Key features include AC'97 2.3 specification compliant 6 channel audio with SPDIF output support, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and two on-board SATA connectors for adding SATA devices. There is plenty of room for expansion with three PCI slots and one PCI Express x16 slot.
