George bought this to use for tools to work on motorcycles and small engines like lawnmowers. He suddenly became ill and was never well enough to stock it and use it. So it has never had tools in it.
If you need a small toolbox you can load in your vehicle or easily move around the shop or house that you can easily reach your tools at the job, this is it.
It takes up small space, but can be raised tall enough you don't constantly have to bend to reach your tools.
My dad used to have one about this size that he kept in the trunk to work on the car, but it didn't roll or raise up.
Can be used by mechanic, carpenter, plumber, electrician or almost any tradesman.
We even joked about using it as a Fuller Brush salesman's sample case.
