It is approximately 6 inches tall and is one of the Puppy Dog style Beanie Babies. It's birthday is 08/13/2007. Inside the tag reads:

Cookies and Cream the Hershey Dog would be a wonderful addition to any TY Beanie Baby collection! It comes from a non-smoking environment and has been carefully stored in an archival box. It will be bagged in plastic and carefully packaged for shipping.
