She is Mint with Mint Hang and Tush tags. She is approximately 7" and is One of the Snowman style TY Beanie Baby. The inside of the tag reads:

Coolstina's birthday is 01/15/2007. She would be a wonderful addition to any collection! She comes from a non-smoking environment
and has been carefully stored in an archival box.
