We want you to be fully satisfied with every item (s) that you purchase from RDOddities.blujay.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges. Orders returned over $25 are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit.
Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number. Order sent back without an RMA number will not be processed.
While all the orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within 2 days. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material.

Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. Premier Products makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.
How are products renewed ?
Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer, a reputable professional outside firm or at Premier Products. All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.
There is " NO GUARANTEE " on availability of new items due to stock moving so fast, it hard to maintain what is in-stock at all time of ordering. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
