Wooden Floral Pedestal Bowl

I found this pedestal bowl on a garage sale in very poor condition. I have stripped the old varnish off and sanded it down before I painted the floral design on three sides. After painting the design, I gently sanded it and applied my own walnut stain to the entire piece. I then finished off the piece with 3 coats of varnish. Very rarely do these types of pieces have lids; however, this bowl comes complete with a lid.
