I currently accept Paypal, RME, and money orders. Payments must be received within 3 days of the sale if paid by Paypal or RME. Please e-mail me after placing order if you will be paying by an alternative method.
SHIPPING
All Items are packed with love and gift wrapped!
Most orders will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please expect an additional 1-2 days if placing a Special Order. Shipping within the United States is $2.00 for the first item and .25 cents for each additional item. I ship most packages first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance may be added at additional cost.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
All of my supplies are 100% guaranteed. I don't sell anything I wouldn't use for my own jewelry! If you're not totally satisfied with anything you purchase, you can return it for a refund. I carefully inspect beads while packaging to root out any "ugly" beads and / or findings.
If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping fees.
