PAYMENT TERMS:
I only sell to US buyers, and buyers from Canada and the U.K. who have confirmed PayPal addresses.
PAYPAL BUYERS: Due to PayPal Shipping Service Regulations, I only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses, No Exceptions. Please make sure that your PayPal shipping address is correct and confirmed before paying, otherwise shipment will be delayed.
PayPal is the only payment method accepted from Canada and U.K., No Exceptions. Verify before you buy! Shipping fee will be higher than the stated U.S. fee. Contact me before buying for details and quotes.
I prefer PayPal, but I will accept money orders. I DO NOT accept cash or personal checks, No Exceptions.
The stated shipping fee is for uninsured 1st Class or Parcel Post without delivery confirmation, and applies only to packages shipped within the US.
Insured items must be shipped Priority or Express Mail. The shipping fee will be higher than the stated uninsured 1st Class Mail. Contact me before buying for details and quotes.
Higher postal rates will apply for Canada, U.K., insured, priority, delivery confirmation and all others. Please contact me before buying for details or quotes.
Payment must be received within 7 days; otherwise I reserve the right to relist without further notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and items are being sold as found.

SHIPPING TERMS:
PAYPAL BUYERS: I only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses, No Exceptions. Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct and confirmed before paying, otherwise shipment will be delayed.
I ship promptly, usually next business day after receipt of payment. Please make allowance for slow Postal Service; 2 weeks in US; 4 weeks for Canada and the UK. International delivery time varies, depending on the whims of Customs and the postal services.
Canada and U.K. packages must be shipped Insured Priority or Express Mail. I DO NOT ship International 1st Class, No Exceptions.
I pack carefully and save my postal receipts; but please keep in mind, no insurance means no guarantee against shipping loss or damage. Uninsured items are shipped entirely at the buyer's risk.
I DO NOT give refunds or accept returns for USPS/Third Party shipping loss or damage.
For speedier delivery, and to save on shipping cost, small 1st Class Mail items are well packed in bubble wrap and shipped padded in manilla envelopes.
PayPal buyers will receive a USPS tracking number at my expense. Tracking numbers are only used for tracing the delivery of the package, they are not insurance.
Perfume products are considered hazardous materials or contraband by Canada and UK Customs because they are flammable or restricted and may be confiscated.
COMBINED SHIPPING TERMS:
By request, I will be happy to discount s/h on multiple purchases. No discounts on items listed with firm s/h, or items with s/h that is $2 and under.
Multiple purchases must be paid for with one combined payment. The checkout cart does not automatically combine invoices. If you are purchasing multiple items, let me know. I will send you a revised invoice when you are through shopping.
