We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with THE FAMOUS FRAGRANCE.
Our returns policy provides you 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all manuals and included accessories.
Return exclusions:
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
* refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories
* food and nutritional supplements
* items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
* new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
* any return that is missing the originally shipped components
* any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)

THE FAMOUS FRAGRANCE currently markets to the continental USA and Canada. Products that ship from the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D.
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances. We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
