Condition and description: Excellent, 3 rings binder format, with tabbed indexes. Hard vinyl cover. Looks rarely, if ever used. One of the nices community cookbooks I have seen in some time. No writing, tears or rabbit eared pages.

Oven-Fried Fish
1 lb. fish fillets
3 T. Kraft cucumber dressing or light mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juicebr>
5 T. seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425. Mix dressing or mayonnaise with lemon juice on a plate. Press all sides of fillets into mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on a shallow dish. Press fillets lightly into crumbs to coat both sides. Spray a shallow, non stick pan liberally with cooking spray. Arrange fish in a single layer. Bake uncovered in a very hot, thoroughly preheated oven 8-10 minutes without turning until fish is crisp and golden. Makes 4 servings, 155 calories each with flounder or sole. Salmon or other thick fish has to be cooked longer.
