Spinach Supreme
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Partially cook spinach until thawed. Drain well. Briefly sautee onion in butter. Stir in crumbs. Add cream and 1 cup of the cheese. Toss lightly. Add spinach and mix. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle last 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until it bubbles. Do not overcook or brown. Serves 8

Books are shipped media mail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We ship daily and all items are packed securely and delivery confirmation is included. If you are paying by echeck, item is shipped within 24 hours of echeck clearing.
