Condition and description: Very good with soem cover wear. Binding is tight, pages clean with the exception of small spots on pages visible when book is closed. Rare to fin a 30 year old community cookbook in such good condtion.

Chicken and Pecan Salad
3 cups cubed chicken or turkey
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup broken pecans
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Combine first three ingredients. Make a dressing out of remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly. Place on lettuce leaf and garnish with fresh peaches. Serves 4.
