Baked Macaroni and Cheese
1 T butter
1 T all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded American cheese
2-3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
Best method is with basic white sauce. In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour over macaroni and bake in a greased 1 qt. casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Shipping Charges

Books are shipped media mail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We ship daily and all items are packed securely and delivery confirmation is included. If you are paying by echeck, item is shipped within 24 hours of echeck clearing.
