S.C. Hot Dog Chili
1 lb. ground meat
2 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. heaping lard
1/2 cup catsup
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Worcestershire sauce, if desired
Brown onions in lard, add meat and cook 10-15 minutes. Add catsup, salt, pepper, chili powder, cover with water. Cook for 3-4 hours. Add water as it cooks.

Shipping Charges

Books are shipped media mail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We ship daily and all items are packed securely and delivery confirmation is included. If you are paying by echeck, item is shipped within 24 hours of echeck clearing.
