Incredible Hulk volume 1 number 2

I am not sure how to grade this but it is the hulk #2 from the early 1960's first green skin hulk

It does appear it was attempted to be restored at some point (before I bought it about 20 years ago) only to the extent someone used tape on inside of the cover
there is tiny pieces missing along the cover the scan of the site is actual scan
