The bag measures approximately 12 inches across, by 8 inches tall. The strap measures approximately 23 inches, as it is currently buckled.

The tag inside the bag says 05 SPR, which I take to mean a date of Spring 2005. This bag looks as if it has barely, if ever, been used.
