Condition and Description: There is shelf wear to the dust jacket and it looks like some sticker residue on the back of the dust jacket. On the inside, the flyleaf page has been torn out. On the top of the inside of the back cover, someone has neatly printed:

With those exceptions, the inside of the book is in excellent condtion, and beautifully illustrated.

Shipping Charges
We charge actual shipping plus a small handling charge. Your shipping may be less than the estimate indicated but will never be more. We combine shipping on all items purchased at one time. Buyers outside of the USA should contact us for shipping quote prior to purchase.
Books are shipped media mail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We ship daily and all items are packed securely and delivery confirmation is included. If you are paying by echeck, item is shipped within 24 hours of echeck clearing.
