Please note that each Green Man is individually hand crafted and may appear to be somewhat different than the photo shown, including size and weight.
If you have a special order in mind, please contact Debbie at maelinde@earthlink.net prior to ordering to be sure that we can work with your needs. In most cases, price shouldn't change. However, if size and/or appearance requests are vast, additional fees may be charged. Of course, MaelinDesigns will verify any and all prices before beginning work on special order Green Man plaques.
Also be aware that each Sculpture may take from 4-8 days to complete before shipping. All of our products ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will be notified with the information as soon as your product ships.

We combine shipping within all MaelinDesigns venues, so please let us know if you're purchasing MaelinDesigns merchandise from any of our MaelinDesigns stores, or multiple items through us here on BluJay before you send payment so that we can adjust your invoice.

We generally ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, and those prices are listed with the ads unless otherwise specified like the Free Shipping promotions.
If you prefer a different method via USPS, or a different carrier, please advise us before you send payment so that your order will ship to your preference.
In addition to PayPal, we accept Bank-Issued Cashier's checks and USPS money orders. Orders paid with checks or money orders will ship once payment clears the bank.
Please submit payment within 7 days of order.
For orders within Texas, we automatically add 8% Sales Tax.
For coupons and gift certificates in PayPal, please choose "other payment" and we will send an invoice with the discounted total.
WARRANTY - All MaelinDesigns products have a one (1) year warranty against damages and/or defects. Either a repair or exact product replacement will be sent, depending on the condition of the item. Please send your request to MaelinDesigns Returns at returns@maelindesigns.com for a return authorization number and information.
We do not issue refunds except under special circumstances. We do however exchange damaged merchandise (see warranty above) as well as exchange for other product where applicable if requested within Thirty (30) Days.
If you are unsatisfied, and the product is in resalable condition, we will try and work with you. Personalized items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for exact item only if damaged. Contact Returns at returns@maelindesigns.com within thirty days of order for return info.
