This is a gorgeous pair of very lightly used black velvet fashion boots by ELLEMENNO with a lovely 3 inch band of tapestry trim around the top of the boot. The square block heel measures approximately 2 3/4 inches high and the inside zippers are 8 inches. These are very nice boots.
