Romantic victorian 6-inch oil lamp, sitting on three feet and decorated with yellow roses and gold trim, made in Japan probably during the 1960s. Doll-sized but real -- removable shade uncovers an unused cloth wick and working turner. Dimensions: Approx. 6 inches tall, 3.5 inches at its widest point from handle to handle. On the bottom of the bowl is printed in red lettering "Japan". Remnants of a sticker. Condition: Excellent, gift quality, with no chips, cracks, or crazing, damage to the decoration or wear to the trim. Perfect as a table or vanity-top decoration, or for adding an old-fashioned touch anywhere in the home. |
