Deep purple skirt by Petite Sophisticate in size Medium. Stretchy material - kind of like poly. Fabric contents are not noted though. Ruffle look on the bottom (about 1/4" or so). Waist is 27" not stretched. Waist to hem measures 20 1/2 to 21". There are indentations where hanger held skirt. You can see them in the picture. (There is a cute white sleeveless top with a purple floral design in size Small listed also. It would look really cute with this skirt.) Original price $24.99
