Alphabetical listings within categories makes it easy to find, for example, just how many more calories that extra cheese will add to your Domino's pizza slice -- information you would not be able to get just by ordering from a menu.
Published in 1999, this softcover book has 842 pages, including a glossary of nutritional terms at the back. Dimensions: approximately 9 X 7.5 and over 1.5 inches thick. New condition.
